In Thailand, an exotic location for world boxing, a fight took place that confirmed Tyson Fury's status as one of the leading heavyweights of modern times. The British super-heavyweight secured a convincing victory over Polish fighter Mariusz Wach. The bout lasted seven rounds, after which Fury's opponent requested the fight be stopped, unwilling to continue the contest.

### Dominance Without a Knockout

Throughout the fight, the "Gypsy King" demonstrated complete superiority over his opponent. However, the conclusion of the match sparked a mixed reaction from those present. According to Sky Sports, the audience in the arena booed Fury. The reason was simple: the crowd expected to see a spectacular clean knockout, which did not materialize despite the British fighter's clear advantage.

### Challenge to Anthony Joshua

Following the end of the bout, the 38-year-old Fury did not hide his ambitions and immediately turned his attention to his main rival. The Briton stated that if Anthony Joshua had been in the ring with him, the result would have been identical. Thus, Fury effectively issued a challenge to his British compatriot, who is fighting Jermaine Prenger in Jeddah on the same night.

Fury himself rejected the option of traveling to Saudi Arabia for Joshua's upcoming fight. Instead of watching the bout live, he plans to spend time with his family.

### The Path to Regaining the Title

This victory marked Fury's 39th professional fight. His record is impressive: 36 wins, one draw (December 2018 against Deontay Wilder), and two losses. Notably, both times the Briton lost, it was to the same opponent — Ukrainian Oleksandr Usyk.

Fury's primary goal at the moment remains regaining the world heavyweight championship title, which he lost in his bouts with Usyk. To achieve this, he intends to fight Anthony Joshua, whose match is scheduled for Sunday night.
