Ukraine's drone industry is making another strategic leap on the global market. BlueBird Tech has officially become a participant in the Drone Dominance Program — one of the Pentagon's most ambitious projects to equip the US military with combat drones.

### Billion-dollar deal and large-scale plans

Launched by the US Department of Defense, this initiative aims to rapidly deploy small combat UAVs into combat units. The program unites leading engineers, operators, and military experts to develop future technologies. The project budget is estimated at $1 billion allocated over two years. By 2027, the procurement of more than 200,000 drones is planned.

### The "Road to the Gauntlet" stage

The path to the contract is not easy. BlueBird Tech passed the selection at the "The Road to the Gauntlet" stage, considered one of the most difficult and prestigious. Here, the latest solutions undergo intensive testing, where technologies are checked for durability and efficiency in real conditions.

### Ukraine as a technological leader

This success confirms Ukraine's status as one of the world leaders in drone technology. Earlier, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced the export of drones to Europe, where representative offices will be opened. EU security will rely on Ukrainian developments. In particular, Germany has already begun production of TYTAN Interceptor drones, which have passed combat testing.
