## 🎯 Key Points

- The P1-SUN JetKiller interceptor destroyed a Russian jet drone Geran-5
- SkyFall remote control system was utilized from anywhere in the world
- Earlier in June, the company introduced the P1-SUN Long variant with AI capabilities

The Ukrainian defense-tech sector demonstrates new breakthroughs in short-range air defense. Open-source video footage has captured a successful combat episode involving the latest jet interceptor, P1-SUN JetKiller, developed by the domestic company SkyFall. This system demonstrated high efficiency in real combat conditions by intercepting and destroying a Russian jet-powered drone known as Geran-5.

### Technological Features and Remote Control

During the complex combat operation, the interceptor drone crew utilized an advanced remote control system developed by SkyFall engineers. This technology opens fundamentally new capabilities for operators, enabling remote piloting of the interceptor from virtually anywhere in the world. Such an approach minimizes risks for personnel and elevates operator safety to a qualitatively new level while ensuring pinpoint accuracy against high-speed aerial targets.

### The Role of SkyFall in Ukraine's Defense Development

SkyFall has firmly established itself as one of the key innovators in Ukraine's defense-industrial complex. Combining a modern R&D center, large-scale production facilities, and a certified training Academy, the enterprise supplies the frontline with a wide range of high-tech solutions. These include heavy Vampire bombers, effective Shrike FPV drones, advanced communication systems, and the P1-SUN high-speed interceptor lineup, which have already helped destroy enemy personnel and equipment worth tens of billions of dollars.

### Contradictory Data

Despite official footage of the successful interception of the Geran-5, discussions continue within expert circles and specialized media regarding the mass production rates of such jet-powered systems. Some analysts point to logistical difficulties in supplying certain electronic components, while representatives of SkyFall and the Ukrainian Defense Forces emphasize stable production scaling and successful integration of new modifications, including the P1-SUN Long introduced in June featuring artificial intelligence for automatic target acquisition.
