# Why tickets to Poland aren't selling: Ukrzaliznytsia reveals the cause of the glitch

Passengers planning trips abroad encountered an unexpected problem: on the morning of May 26, many were unable to purchase tickets for international routes, particularly to Poland. Social media was flooded with complaints and questions — what happened to the sales system?

### Seasonal schedule adjustment

Ukrzaliznytsia's customer service explained the situation: this is not a technical glitch, but a planned seasonal schedule adjustment. Such changes are conducted regularly and affect not only international routes but also several domestic ones.

This means that some trains are temporarily removed from sale until the new schedule is approved. The process may take up to five days — exact timelines have not yet been announced.

### What should passengers do?

Ukrzaliznytsia specialists recommend staying calm and acting proactively:

- Check the "Ukrzaliznytsia" app frequently — tickets may appear at any time;

- Enable the auto-purchase feature if available;

- Monitor official announcements on the carrier's website and social media.

### New opportunities for passengers

Alongside this, Ukrzaliznytsia is expanding its services: suburban ticket sales via the mobile app are now operational across Ukraine, and over 800 mobile kiosks are being deployed for passenger convenience.
