The WOG gas station network has announced the introduction of a special operating mode at a number of its stations in Ukraine. Changes to the schedule and service rules will come into effect from July 1, 2026. The decision was made in light of the current security situation.

As reported by RBC-Ukraine, citing the network's official Facebook page, the new rules will primarily affect frontline and border regions. The company emphasizes that these measures are aimed at minimizing risks for customers and staff.

### Three key restrictions starting in July

From July 1, three main restrictions will be introduced at gas stations operating under the special mode:

    - Limited operating hours for stations.

    - Temporary suspension of remote services, such as prepayment via the app.

    - Prohibition on refueling oversized vehicles during certain hours.

WOG urges drivers to check the current operating schedule of a specific gas station in advance. This information can be found in the WOG PRIDE mobile app or on the network's official website.

### Safety first

In addition to schedule changes, drivers are asked to observe additional safety precautions. Specifically, it is not recommended to leave vehicles near gas stations for extended periods or to plan overnight stays for oversized vehicles on gas station premises.

This is not the network's first emergency decision. Previously, on the night of July 2, WOG was forced to completely suspend operations at all its gas stations in Kyiv and the Kyiv region. The reason was the high risk of a massive enemy shelling. The company explained this step as necessary to ensure people's safety.

### Fuel market situation

Despite security challenges and schedule adjustments, the fuel market in Ukraine demonstrates certain stability. As of early July, prices at gas stations have stabilized. However, the price difference per liter of gasoline and diesel fuel between different gas station networks remains and amounts to about 5 hryvnias.
