President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy held a working meeting with the Mayor of Kharkiv, Ihor Terekhov. The main topic of the dialogue was the defense of the city, which is subjected to Russian shelling on a daily basis. The Head of State emphasized that plans to ensure the resilience of Kharkiv must be implemented in the shortest possible time.

### Daily Challenges and Operational Assistance

During the conversation, Volodymyr Zelenskyy noted the seriousness of the current situation. 'The challenges for the city are very serious — Kharkiv is under daily Russian terrorist attacks,' the President stated. He emphasized that under such conditions, it is critically important not only to provide defense but also to ensure the operational work of city services and timely assistance to residents.

### Interaction of Authorities and Exchange of Experience

The parties discussed issues of interaction between central, regional, and local authorities, as well as the key needs of Kharkiv communities. The President particularly noted that Kharkiv's experience in supporting the population under wartime conditions is unique and can be scaled to other cities and territories of Ukraine.

'Resilience plans must be implemented as soon as possible. Kharkiv's experience in supporting people can be extended to our other cities and communities,' Zelenskyy emphasized, thanking everyone who works for the safety of citizens.

### Personnel Changes in the Government

Parallel to the discussion on the security of Kharkiv, large-scale personnel changes are being discussed in the country. Earlier, the President announced an update to the Cabinet of Ministers and a reboot of law enforcement agencies. In particular, it became known that the current Prime Minister, Yulia Sviridenko, will leave her post to move to another significant position.

In the Verkhovna Rada, possible candidates for the post of Prime Minister are already being named, among whom current ministers are being considered. The question of the resignation of the current government composition may be considered by parliament in the coming days.
