Defense forces also struck a number of Russian enterprises producing radio electronics and other important components for the military industry. In addition, Ukraine is striking logistical, oil, and gas facilities. In particular, damage to gas infrastructure in the Orenburg region, located more than 1,200 km from the front line, has been confirmed. ### Strikes on communication centers and air defense Separately, Zelenskyy reported successful strikes on Russian army communication centers used to coordinate attacks against Ukraine. As a result of these strikes, a significant part of Russia's air defense has been relocated to protect Moscow, the Valdai region, and the Kerch Bridge. The president claims that Russia has concentrated hundreds of launchers of S-400, S-500, and "Pantsir" systems around Moscow alone. Another 90 air defense launchers were transferred to Valdai, where a separate air defense division is being formed to "preserve the peace of the Russian leadership". At the same time, in other regions of Russia, according to the president, only a few launchers remain. "These are the priorities. They are protecting their power, protecting the source of this war," Zelenskyy concluded. ### New strategy of action Against this backdrop, the president ordered Ukrainian forces to act preemptively. "I have ordered our intelligence and army to work preemptively on those targets that the Russians use to scale up the war," he added.
