# Zelenskyy reveals the scheme: Russia is passing satellite images of US bases in the Gulf to Iran

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has voiced alarming data regarding the coordination of actions between Moscow and Tehran. According to the Ukrainian leader, Russia systematically transfers satellite images of American military facilities and territories of Persian Gulf countries to Iran. This data is used to plan and adjust strikes against US positions.

### The Russian intelligence operation scheme

According to information published in the head of state's Telegram channel, Ukrainian intelligence has recorded active work by Russian satellites over the Middle East starting from July of this year. Moscow is conducting surveillance of territories where US military bases are located and then transferring this intelligence data to Iranian forces.

Zelenskyy emphasized that a direct correlation is observed between the actions of Russian spacecraft and subsequent attacks by Iran. Russian satellites conduct reconnaissance of defense points several days before strikes are launched, effectively performing the function of target designation.

### Targets of Russian satellites

As an example, the President cited specific data on the activities of the Russian orbital group in mid-July:

- On July 19 and 20, four airbases fell into the area of interest of Russian satellites.

- Two bases are located in Bahrain.

- One base each was recorded in Jordan and Kuwait.

These data indicate that the Russian side is actively monitoring key nodes of the American military presence in the region, transferring information for subsequent use.

### Kyiv's reaction and consequences

In connection with the identified threat, Volodymyr Zelenskyy has instructed Ukrainian intelligence agencies to promptly transfer all collected evidence to international partners. The goal of these actions is to prevent further attacks and demonstrate Russia's role in the escalation of the conflict in the Middle East.

It should be recalled that since the beginning of the escalation of the situation in the region, Iran has already launched several strikes against CIA facilities in the Persian Gulf. Experts previously noted a high probability of the Kremlin's involvement in guiding this fire. In response to constant provocations and threats to American military personnel, US President Donald Trump is considering the possibility of launching the most massive strike against Iran, which could become a key decision of his administration.
