# Zelenskyy states that Ukrainian weapons have reached all Russian refineries: from Siberia to the Moscow region

Vladimir Zelenskyy confirmed that Ukrainian military forces are successfully implementing a strategy of "long-range sanctions" against Russian infrastructure. According to the President of Ukraine, significant results were achieved this week in striking objects supporting Russian aggression.

### Strikes reaching Siberia

A key event in recent days was the strike on an oil refinery in Omsk. Ukrainian drones covered a distance of almost 2,500 kilometers to hit a target in Siberia. Zelenskyy emphasized that there is now not a single Russian oil refinery that has not been attacked by Ukrainian weapons.

### Scale of operations

During recent operations, Ukrainian forces struck oil facilities in various regions of Russia. The affected areas include:

- Saratov, Rostov, Tver, Stavropol, and Krasnodar regions;

- The Republics of Tatarstan and Bashkortostan;

- An airfield in the Voronezh region;

- A strategic enterprise in Tver;

- Facilities in the Moscow, Leningrad, and Bryansk regions.

The head of state noted that the "long-range sanctions" plan is being executed precisely, covering key points of the Russian energy system.

### Consequences for Russia

Significant problems with gasoline supplies in Russia began after a series of strikes on oil refineries. According to the Financial Times, Ukrainian drones are attacking Russian energy infrastructure at an unprecedented rate. As a result, the country's largest refineries have been shut down.

Gasoline production in Russia currently covers only about 65% of seasonal demand. This creates a fuel shortage and exacerbates economic difficulties for the population and businesses.
