Highway road works paused by Avtostrada

The photo shows heavy road rollers and workers in high-visibility vests on an asphalt paving section of a highway. These are the very works that the Avtostrada company is forced to suspend across Ukraine. The halt to road construction and repair is caused by the freezing of state financing for capital expenditures.
