Temporary housing for IDPs: children play in front of container modules

The photo shows children playing on a playground in front of a two-story structure made of shipping containers used as temporary housing for internally displaced persons. From August 1, 2026, some of these families may lose eligibility for housing vouchers due to legislative changes.
