Reserve+ app on a smartphone: what will still work after the shutdown

The smartphone screen shows the Reserve+ app with the 'Information from the Oberyh registry' card displaying conscription-related data. On the evening of August 22 the service will be partially taken offline, so users should find out in advance which features remain available and which documents to bring with them.
