Taxi: legal grounds for refusing a ride

A bright yellow TAXI sign is mounted on the roof of a white car. Such vehicles must follow passenger transport rules, yet in certain situations drivers have the legal right to refuse a ride. The State Service of Ukraine on Food and Consumer Safety has outlined the grounds under which a taxi refusal is lawful.
