The situation in the Dnipropetrovsk region remains tense. Over the past 24 hours, Russian forces have launched more than 20 attacks using drones and artillery, covering three districts of the region. According to the regional military administration, one person was killed as a result of the shelling, while infrastructure and civilian facilities sustained significant damage.
Tragedy in the Nikopol district
The conflict has become particularly acute in the Nikopol district. Four territorial communities were targeted here: Nikopol, Marmanska, Pokrovska, and Chervonohryhorivska. The consequences of the attack were most severe in this area: a 40-year-old man was killed. In addition, civilian objects came under fire — a private residential house, vehicles, and an industrial enterprise were damaged.
Strikes on Synelnykove and Kryvyi Rih districts
The attacks also affected neighboring territories. In the Synelnykove district, Russian forces attacked the Mykolaivka, Petropavlivka, and Shakhtarska communities. As a result of the shelling, a private house was damaged.
In the Kryvyi Rih district, strikes were carried out against the Apostolove and Zelenodolska communities. Here, critical infrastructure objects were damaged: an agricultural enterprise, a gas station, as well as a private house and a car.
Official position
Alexander Ganch, Head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, confirmed the scale of the attacks. In his statement, he emphasized that the aggression by Russian troops is systematic, affecting both industrial zones and residential areas. At the moment, the full extent of the damage is being assessed and search operations for the injured are underway.
