Ukrainian stand-up comedian Alla Volkova and her husband, humorist Bohdan Boyarin, have announced to their fans that their family has grown. The couple has become parents for the second time: they welcomed a daughter.

RBC-Ukraine confirmed the news of the child's birth, citing the artists' official Instagram pages. The baby was born on July 11 at a private clinic in Kyiv. To confirm the news, Alla Volkova published a series of photos with the newborn and her husband.

The baby's name and fans' reaction

In the caption to the photos, the comedian commented on the event concisely and humorously. Among the published shots, one can see the newborn's birth certificate, which, in addition to the date of birth, indicates the girl's name — Varvara.

The post immediately attracted public attention and gathered dozens of congratulations. Among the first to react to the news were colleagues and friends of the family: singer Lesya Nikityuk, MamaRika, Ramina, and others.

From the stage to motherhood

Alla Volkova, originally from Shepetivka (formerly Chervonohrad) in the Lviv region, is known for her bright and candid style. In her performances, she often raises topics of personal life and everyday situations. The artist became the first Ukrainian female comedian to gather more than seven thousand spectators at the Palace of Sports in the capital. In addition, she actively participates in various YouTube projects.

Alla announced her second pregnancy back in May of this year, directly from the stage during a concert. She accompanied her announcement with a joke about nature and female logic:

"I think that women don't just get dumber during pregnancy. Nature does it to make you have a second child, girls. How do I know this? Because my child is one year old now, and in July she will have a sister," the comedian said at the time.

Recall that Alla Volkova became a mother for the first time on April 1, 2025. At that time, the couple welcomed their eldest daughter, Zlata.
