In the final years and months before his passing, Kashpirovsky's name was actively discussed in the context of the birth of his youngest daughter and new statements from potential heirs.

In August 2025, Anatoly Kashpirovsky and his third wife Gulizar Chalbashova had a daughter named Elina. At the time of the child's birth, the hypnotist was 86 years old, and his wife was about 53. The couple met back in 2004 when Gulizar worked as his administrator, and they officially registered their marriage in 2024. According to those close to them, Kashpirovsky spent a lot of time with his young daughter.
From his first marriage to Valentina Shevchenko, Kashpirovsky also had two children: a son, Sergei, who lives in the US and maintains a private lifestyle, and a daughter, Elena, who worked as a doctor and passed away in 2018. After the artist's death, Fushtei told Russian media that he arrived in Vinnitsa trying to find his father's grave, but the widow Gulizar allegedly stopped contacting him and is hiding the burial site, fearing a DNA test. At the same time, no official legal confirmations of paternity or test results have been provided to date.

The financial issue also causes controversy in the media space. Kashpirovsky owned an apartment in Moscow measuring nearly 56 square meters, though he claimed the property was not officially registered in his name. Information emerged about the possible re-registration of the real estate to his third wife.
