The club is preparing a revolutionary squad overhaul, allocating a record sum of £250 million for this purpose.

Strategy of precision strikes

The club's management has abandoned the strategy of buying a large number of mid-level players. Instead, Arsenal will focus on targeted, albeit expensive, transfers of world-class stars.
