The comedy-adventure road movie "ATP Pereviznyky" is returning to screens: the second season of the series, featuring freight forwarders Artem Horbach and Semen Zozulia hauling cargo across Ukraine and constantly getting into new adventures, premieres on October 26 at 20:00 on ICTV2. The first season, which premiered in March 2025, topped the prime-time TV ratings in Ukraine and entered the "Top 10 Series of the Week" on Netflix in Ukraine, taking fourth place. Now viewers will receive not only road escapades and detective plots, but also full-fledged love lines, corporate intrigues, and motor transport "battles" between competing transport companies.
Love Polygon: From "Womanizer" Horbach to Halyna's Swarm of Admirers
In the new season, the focus shifts from a purely adventurous plot to the personal relationships of the heroes. Artem Horbach, played by Viacheslav Dovzhenko, falls in love again, but the path to his chosen one's heart turns out to be difficult: the character is known as "somewhat of a womanizer," and he will have to prove the seriousness of his feelings. "My character, as a truck driver, is prone to living at a crossroads, he is always in search. There are no fixed points in his reality, his internal state constantly pushes him to discoveries — so let him search, find, lose," Dovzhenko explains in an interview. Partner Semen Zozulia (Volodymyr Gladky) will have another woman appear in his life, and viewers will find out whether this is true love or a temporary episode. The most unexpected turns await Halyna Petruk — the queen of drama and business played by Vira Kobzar: she will remember that she is not only the head of the ATP but also an effective woman, around whom a "swarm" of admirers forms, including a foreigner. Logistician Katya (Anna Huliaieva) will also undergo significant changes in her life.
"Global-Drive" vs. "Rapid-Trans": Sabotage and Motor Transport Battles
In addition to love lines, the second season introduces a full-fledged business competition storyline. The insidious rival manager Ihor Sushko from the "Global-Drive" ATP (Dmytro Surzhikov) aims to seize "Rapid-Trans" and stages real sabotage against the team. To carry out personal tasks, he hires charming female driver Yulia Cherna (Olga Atanasova), whose tasks remain an intrigue for viewers. According to the screenwriters, the competitor's insidious traps will only unite the "Rapid" team: fierce motor transport battles, carrier team competitions, and a "survival of the fittest" plot will appear on air.
Signature Humor, Songs, and a Duo That is "Strong Together"
The creators emphasize that the comedic component remains the core of the series. Semen Zozulia turns on his signature humor when "things get serious on the road": his witty remarks, unexpected jokes, and thoughts aloud can defuse any dangerous situation. Gladky's character often pretends to be a fool when he actually isn't — this helps him confuse scammers and criminals. Artem plays along with his partner, and together they form an effective tandem despite fundamental differences in character. The musical accompaniment of the second season includes favorite hits in modern arrangements — from the folk song "Yshla divalch luchkamy" to tracks by singer VAHA.
Where and When to Watch: Premiere Details and Filming Status
The premiere of the second season of "ATP Pereviznyky" is scheduled for October 26, 2026, at 20:00 on ICTV2. According to participants in the filming process, by the time the second season is being prepared for broadcast, work on the third season of the series is already underway, indicating steady interest from the channel and the audience in the format. The series continues the line laid down in the first season: each episode is a self-contained story with elements of detective fiction, situation comedy, and road movie, united by permanent characters and their friendship. Stylistically, the project combines entertainment content with elements of social commentary, allowing it to occupy a niche between classic Ukrainian comedy and international road movie.
