The Crocs brand has unveiled a new collaboration inspired by the Harry Potter universe. This time, the designers drew inspiration from the legendary Marauder's Map, one of the most famous magical artifacts in the franchise. The model is named the Harry Potter Marauder's Map Classic Clog and stands out from typical themed collections, where the design is usually limited to a logo or a few decorative elements.
A Design That Unites the Pair
In this version, the entire upper of the shoe has been transformed into a canvas featuring elements of the legendary magical map. However, the image is not duplicated on both clogs. Different fragments of the map are placed on the left and right shoes. Thanks to this, the pair looks like a single art object that requires viewing as a set.
Color Palette and Details
Special attention is drawn to the design's color palette. The authors chose a delicate cream color as the base. The map itself was applied with red lines, adding contrast to the footwear. Additional accents are created by the signature Jibbitz charms included in the set. Among them are quotes from the Marauder's Map, its famous logo, and other references to the Harry Potter universe.
The designers also added gold "H" charms to the burgundy straps, which add color balance to the model. Of course, the franchise logo is present on the Crocs as well. The phrase "Harry Potter" is attached to the back of the strap.
Price and Release Date
Sales of the Crocs will begin on June 11. The cost of one pair is $70, which is equivalent to approximately 3,144 UAH. The novelty has already sparked interest among fans of streetwear as well as followers of the magical universe.
