According to data from the Minfin service, the average dollar rate in exchange offices has risen. Today, the American currency can be bought on average for 44.95 hryvnias (an increase of 5 kopecks), and sold for 44.87 hryvnias (an increase of 7 kopecks).

Conversely, the euro has become cheaper. The average buying rate is 52.29 hryvnias (a decrease of 6 kopecks), and the selling rate is 52 hryvnias (a decrease of 20 kopecks).

Bank rates: stability and correction

In the banking sector, the average cost of buying a dollar was 44.61 hryvnias (a drop of 3 kopecks), and selling was 45.08 hryvnias (a drop of 1 kopeck). Banks buy the euro on average at 51.64 hryvnias (a decrease of 12 kopecks) and sell it at 52.34 hryvnias (a decrease of 8 kopecks).

Most major financial institutions have hardly changed their dollar rates. However, some banks have revised their euro quotes, which continued to weaken after the official rate drop.

Monobank sells the dollar at 45.03 hryvnias (unchanged). The buying rate is 44.65 hryvnias (unchanged). The bank sells the euro at 52.06 hryvnias (a decrease of 27 kopecks) and buys it at 51.45 hryvnias (a decrease of 22 kopecks).
