Famous Ukrainian model, singer, and volunteer Dasha Astafieva made a sharp statement regarding her potential appearance in the reboot of the legendary music project "Star Factory." The artist openly admitted that she does not intend to participate in the new season of the show, linking her decision to a negative experience of working with certain people.
Reasons for refusal and conflict context
In the comments under her own post on the Threads social network, Ukrainian blogger and musician Nazar Oleynik asked the singer why her name was not among the participants or guests of the new season. In response, Astafieva stated that she can now afford not to work with unpleasant people, directly pointing to producer Volodymyr Zavadyuk and his team, who are working on the format reboot in 2026.
Historical connection to the project
It is worth noting that "Star Factory" played a key role in the formation of Dasha's musical career. Back in 2007, she participated in the first season of the show on the "Novyi Kanal." Although she did not win, her striking performances caught the attention of producer Yuriy Nikitin, who later created the popular band NIKITA featuring her.

At the same time, producer Volodymyr Zavadyuk has repeatedly stated that the updated "Factory" will change dramatically compared to the 2000s format and will become a modern launching pad for a new generation of Ukrainian performers.
