On June 25, a decrease in prices for main types of fuel was recorded at Ukrainian gas stations. Car owners now have the opportunity to save on diesel fuel and liquefied gas, while some networks have launched large-scale promotions on gasoline.
Synchronized price cuts by market leaders
The largest networks, WOG and OKKO, announced price reductions almost simultaneously. The cost of standard Euro-class diesel fuel (Diesel Euro) decreased by 1 UAH and now stands at 80.90 UAH/l. For comparison, the day before, this figure was at 81.90 UAH/l.
Branded types of diesel fuel, such as Pulls and Mustang, also dropped by 1 UAH, reaching the mark of 83.90 UAH/l. In parallel, the cost of automotive gas (propane-butane) decreased: the price fell to 42.90 UAH/l.
Ukranaftha promotion: premium at regular prices
The state company "Ukranaftha" decided to attract customers with a temporary offer. From June 25 to June 29 inclusive, the network launched a promotion in which the cost of premium fuel types was equated to regular ones.
The most significant changes affected premium diesel (Energy) and AI-95 gasoline (Energy). Their price dropped by 3 UAH. Now premium diesel costs 75.90 UAH/l, and the branded 95 gasoline — 73.90 UAH/l. Notably, the cost of regular diesel at "Ukranaftha" also decreased by 1 UAH and now stands at 75.90 UAH/l, making it equivalent in price to the premium version during the promotion period.
The cost of A-92 gasoline (68.90 UAH/l), premium AI-98 (Energy) (81.90 UAH/l), and automotive gas (40.40 UAH/l) remained unchanged during the promotion.
Who did not lower prices?
The SOCAR network currently maintains the highest prices among the market players considered. Over the last 24 hours, fuel prices in this network have not changed.
