55-year-old Dmitry Kolyadenko admitted in an open conversation that he has learned to enjoy his solitude, yet he does not close his heart to new relationships. The artist honestly spoke about his feelings, priorities, and even his desire to become a grandfather.
From loneliness to pleasure
According to the singer, his attitude towards life without a partner has changed radically. If the absence of romantic ties used to cause him anxiety, today he perceives it as an opportunity to focus on the main thing — creativity.
"Nothing has changed, but I'm no longer freaking out, I'm no longer waiting. I relaxed and thought: 'Kolyadenko, it's great to be alone, focus on your profession'," — the artist shared in a comment on the "Tour with Stars" project (citing RBK-Ukraine).
At the same time, he admitted that he still dreams of love: "I realized that it is very cool for me to be alone, very. I enjoy being alone. But I would really like a relationship".
Why is it hard to find "the one"?
Kolyadenko noted that after breaking up with Elena and Irina Bilyk, it became difficult for him to find a new lover. He explains this with a paradoxical situation: those he likes are already taken, and those who show interest do not suit him.
"I haven't met the person I like yet. Also, I think I'm already old. I'm 55, so where are the dates? But I will go. I'm still waiting," — he added.
The artist also admitted that he hasn't been on dates for a long time, but he doesn't refuse to meet people. According to him, he can be met at a supermarket or on the street — meaning there is always a chance.
Dream of a grandson
The topic of family took a special place in the conversation. Dmitry admitted that he dreams of becoming a grandfather and has even come up with a name for his future grandson. However, his son Philipp, who is currently 33 years old, is not in a hurry to start his own family.
"Philipp, I want to be a grandfather, I want a grandson. We have already thought of what to name him. And he says: 'Well, dad, let me work for myself'. We made him at 20. He is 33 now, and he is not in a hurry. Well, okay, I'm waiting, I will wait," — the artist shared with a smile.
Thus, Dmitry Kolyadenko demonstrates an example of harmonious acceptance of oneself and life — without pressure from society, without rushing, but with an open heart and hope for the best.
