After the summer break, the third season of the career guidance program "Weeks from Interpipe" resumed at the Dnipro Professional College of Energy and Information Technologies. As part of the meetings, engineers, technologists, and skilled workers of the enterprise once again met with students to talk about real work in production and to answer young people's questions.
A format without template presentations
The key feature of the program is the rejection of official speeches and template presentations. Representatives of "Interpipe" communicate with students in an informal format, sharing their own career paths, day-to-day tasks, and the specifics of working at a modern industrial enterprise. According to the organizers, this approach allows young people to see a vivid picture of professional activity rather than an abstract description of job titles.
A business game as an immersion tool
One of the standout components of the program is a business game in which students try out various professional roles. Participants make work-related decisions and observe how specialists from different fields interact in production. This interactive format allows future professionals to experience the logic of production processes in practice and understand how the work of various departments is coordinated.
