A tragic event occurred in the village of Lymanka in the Odesa region — an enemy drone hit a Nova Poshta branch, completely destroying the premises. Rescue workers and police are on site assessing the extent of the damage.
Branch No. 300, located in the Tairovske settlement community of the Odesa district, was completely burned down. Fortunately, no employees were injured, but the cargo inside suffered significant losses.
Nova Poshta has already taken action: logistics routes have been reorganized so that customers can receive their packages without delays. A mobile branch will soon be set up nearby to restore services.
The company guarantees compensation for the value of destroyed shipments. Each customer will be contacted shortly to provide details regarding reimbursement.
What should customers do?
- Monitor up-to-date information about the location of your shipments via the Nova Poshta app or website.
- Await notification from the company regarding compensation if your package was destroyed.
- Use alternative branches or mobile points that will be established in the coming days.
This incident once again highlights the dangers of war and the importance of supporting logistics services operating under constant threat.
