A large-scale operation to dismantle Russian military infrastructure is unfolding in temporarily occupied territories. Ukrainian forces, using strike unmanned aerial systems, are massively cutting off the enemy's rear, leaving occupation troops without stable power supply and communications.
Information about successful strikes came from the commander of the 414th Separate Battalion of Strike Unmanned Aerial Systems of the Defense Forces of Ukraine (DFU), Robert Brovdy, known by the callsign "Madyar". According to him, DFU units are conducting systematic work to isolate the enemy, creating critical logistical and fuel shortages for them.
Massive strikes on energy nodes
The main strategic goal of the operation is the complete isolation of the Russian military presence on the peninsula. The statistics of attacks for the first week of July are impressive: DFU units put out of order 37 energy nodes in the occupied South. Only in recent days, fighters cut off 16 important objects from centralized power supply.
As a result of successful attacks, the list of non-operational objects is constantly growing. Russian military objects and propaganda resources are forced to switch to autonomous power from generators. This significantly complicates logistics, disrupts control systems, and hampers the supply of occupation troops.
Increased effectiveness of strikes in the deep rear
The Defense Forces of Ukraine are demonstrating a systematic approach to destroying the enemy's military potential both in the operational and strategic depth. Since the beginning of 2026, the number of hits on targets in the enemy's rear has increased by 1150%. An official list of attacked targets has been published, confirming the scale of the operations.
Parallel to the strike on the energy sector, the occupiers' aviation is suffering significant losses. Recently, Ukrainian drones carried out a successful attack on Crimea. The Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) for the second time in a week struck fighters at the "Saky" airfield, putting 7 enemy aircraft out of order. An attack on the hangars of the "Gvardeyskoye" airfield was also carried out.
