On Wednesday, November 4, 2026, retail fuel prices in Ukraine remain at high levels. According to RBC-Ukraine monitoring data, liquefied gas continues to rise in price across the Ukrnafta network, while the cost of diesel fuel at gas stations stably holds above the psychological threshold of 100 hryvnias per liter. Below is the current price picture across popular gas station networks.

Another Jump in Autogas

The Ukrnafta network increased the cost of liquefied gas by UAH 1.00/l to UAH 57.90/l. Across most major networks (OKKO, WOG, SOCAR), the price of autogas is kept near the psychological threshold of UAH 59.90/l. Thus, a liter of gas is approaching 60 hryvnias, which experts previously called not the limit, but an intermediate growth level.

Diesel Fuel Above 100 Hryvnias

Standard diesel fuel in networks ranges from UAH 102.90/l (UPG) to UAH 108.00/l (SOCAR). Premium diesel grades reach the range of UAH 105.90–111.00/l. Thus, even basic diesel has not dropped below hundreds of hryvnias per liter for several weeks, making it one of the most expensive segments in the domestic market.

Gasoline Segment

The price of standard A-95 gasoline remains in the range of UAH 88.90–95.90/l depending on the network. Premium fuel costs from UAH 100.90/l to UAH 105.00/l. According to monitoring data for November 3, the average price of A-95 on the market was about UAH 90.06/l, which is 2 kopecks lower than the previous day's figure — meaning the dynamics in the gasoline segment remain practically flat.

Context: Why Prices Are High

As Ukrnafta CEO Andriy Kuyun explained earlier, the jump in prices at gas stations is caused by a combination of factors, including processing costs, logistics, and currency fluctuations, and the mark of 60 hryvnias per liter of gas, according to him, is not yet the limit. This is consistent with current dynamics: autogas continues to creep upward, while gasoline and diesel are anchoring at elevated levels.

Daily Summary

As of November 4, 2026, the fuel market in Ukraine is characterized by high price inertia: autogas at Ukrnafta is UAH 57.90/l, at major networks — about UAH 59.90/l; diesel is UAH 102.90–108.00/l (standard) and up to UAH 111.00/l (premium); A-95 gasoline is UAH 88.90–95.90/l. Consumers should expect these levels to persist in the coming days in the absence of sharp changes in the wholesale market.
