The Ukrainian fuel market reacted to the end of the weekend with a price adjustment. On Monday, June 8, gas station networks revised their tariffs, and the decrease affected all major types of fuel. Buyers now have the opportunity to refuel their vehicles cheaper than in previous days.
Synchronized price cuts by market leaders
The largest private networks — OKKO and WOG — chose an identical pricing strategy. Both companies simultaneously reduced the cost of gasoline and diesel fuel by exactly 1.00 UAH. This decision affected both premium and standard fuel grades.
Special fuel grades, such as the proprietary A-95 (Pulls/Mustang), now cost 81.90 UAH/l. Standard Euro gasoline A-95 has dropped to 78.90 UAH/l, and Euro diesel fuel — to 87.90 UAH/l.
Tariff revisions at SOCAR and Ukrnafta
The SOCAR network also made changes to its price list, reducing prices on all types of fuel, including autogas, by 1.00 UAH.
The state company "Ukrnafta" demonstrated more complex dynamics. The company returned the price of gasoline 95 (Energy grade) to the previous level, effectively equalizing its cost with gasoline A-98. At the same time, diesel fuel at "Ukrnafta" became cheaper by 1.00 UAH: its price is now 86.90 UAH and 84.90 UAH depending on the grade.
At the same time, prices for standard fuel grades at "Ukrnafta" remained unchanged compared to Friday: gasoline A-95 costs 74.90 UAH, A-92 — 69.90 UAH, and autogas — 44.90 UAH.
