The incident, which occurred in the Khadjibey district of the city, attracted public attention due to a video published on social networks. The footage shows a serviceman getting into a conflict with a 13-year-old boy, grabbing him by the clothes, and striking him.

The Odesa Regional Police confirmed that during the monitoring of social networks, a recording was found evidencing the use of violence. Investigators quickly identified the identities of both participants in the conflict. According to preliminary data, the incident occurred a few days ago, although the exact date and circumstances of the clash are being clarified by the investigation.
