Tragic events in Pryluky continue to claim the lives of civilians following a massive Russian strike that shook the city. According to the latest official data from the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, the rescue operation at the site of the destroyed residential building does not stop for a minute. Emergency workers, together with all specialized services, continue to clear rubble and inspect dangerous structures in search of survivors and victims.

Search and Rescue Operation at the Tragedy Site

During emergency rescue operations, SES Ukraine specialists found and unblocked the body of another child from under heavy reinforced concrete rubble. Thus, the total number of victims of the cynical enemy attack has increased to 19 people. Rescuers note the extreme complexity of the work due to the threat of further collapse of building structures, but are doing everything possible to eliminate the consequences of the strike.

Scale of Destruction and Casualties

Recall that as a result of the morning strike on October 7, 2026, five minors have already died in Pryluky, including very young toddlers—three children had barely reached the age of one. The total number of injured as a result of this monstrous shelling has reached 55 people, including 7 children, who promptly received necessary medical assistance in regional hospitals.

Psychological Assistance and Continuation of Works

Qualified psychologists of the State Emergency Service continue to duty and work around the clock at the scene of the incident. Currently, emergency psychological assistance at the site of the tragedy and in mobile units has already been provided to 90 citizens—relatives of the dead, victims, and local residents who experienced severe stress. Emergency rescue operations and rubble clearance continue at the scene until the search operation is fully completed.
