The Institute of Psychology and Entrepreneurship (IPE) has presented the international intellectual platform IPE LEADER 2027, RBC-Ukraine reports, citing the project presentation. The initiative is designed to create an environment where the leadership potential and professional experience of scientists, entrepreneurs, educators, opinion leaders, and talented youth will contribute to the development of humanistic culture and science. The platform is positioned as a unifying space for science, business, culture, and education.
Mission: Developing Leadership Potential
According to IPE Founder and President Olena Babina, the IPE LEADER platform was created primarily to develop leadership potential and, as a result, to create value and benefits for other people. "Our goal is to help shape leadership potential. That is why our intellectual platform is very important. It unites science, business, culture, and education. Many useful events and interesting activities will be held, aimed not only at dialogue among the intellectual community, but at concrete actions in the field of leadership development," she emphasized.
Program: 14 Events over Nine Months
As part of IPE LEADER 2027, 14 intellectual events are planned over nine months: youth forums, hackathons, open lectures, scientific conferences, as well as entrepreneurial and cultural events. All planned events are united by a common theme—business psychology, ontopsychology, entrepreneurship, science, and humanistic culture. Thus, the program covers both the academic and practical components of leadership development.
Finale: International Award in 10 Categories
The final element of the program will be the IPE LEADER INTERNATIONAL AWARD, an international award in 10 categories for outstanding achievements and contributions to the development of education, science, psychology, leadership, entrepreneurship, and humanistic culture. The award ceremony is scheduled for May 15, 2027. Special distinctions are provided for young scientists and future leaders, emphasizing the platform's focus on supporting the new generation of specialists.
Communication as the Foundation of the Community
Konstyantyn Kruglov, owner of the Universum Investment Group and Financial-Legal Holding, and associate professor at the Department of Social and Humanitarian Disciplines at IPE, noted that the exchange of views and communication between people is an opportunity to remain in a community that shares leadership values and allows for growth. "Today we have many information sources, social networks, and fast means of communication. On the one hand, they provide the opportunity to communicate instantly, but on the other hand, they make this communication superficial. Therefore, it is important to have a platform that helps leaders communicate effectively with each other even through electronic means. After all, we are talking about active people who have common goals and share high values," he said.
