American actress Jennifer Lawrence, star of The Hunger Games franchise, opened up in a recent interview with The Cut about the cosmetic procedures she has already undergone and those she is considering for the future. According to Wave RBC.UA, the 36-year-old actress makes no secret of wanting to look well-groomed even on ordinary weekdays when dropping her children off at school. Her statements follow earlier remarks about the impact of pregnancy and childbirth on her body and her openness to surgical interventions.
Breast Lift Is Already in the Past
In conversation with The Cut, Lawrence confirmed that she has already had a breast lift — a procedure she had previously only considered a possibility. The actress noted that after the birth of her first child, her body recovered almost completely, whereas after her second pregnancy, the changes were much more pronounced. This exact experience, she says, pushed her toward the decision of surgical correction.
Facelift Is on the Future Agenda
In addition to the surgery she has already completed, Lawrence shared that she is considering a facelift in the future — a surgical procedure to address facial aging. She explained her motivation pragmatically: during morning school runs with her children, it is important to her to look like a woman who has everything under control, even if she has just woken up and does not feel pulled together. The actress is raising two sons with her husband Cooke Maroney, whom she married in 2019.
Baby Botox and Film Work
Lawrence also spoke candidly about less invasive interventions. Specifically, she discussed using small doses of botulinum toxin, known as baby Botox. According to the actress, it is crucial for her to maintain the natural facial expressions required for her film work, so she consciously limits herself to minimal doses to avoid losing expressiveness on camera.
Launching Her Own Haircare Brand
The new interview coincides with the launch of Lawrence’s own haircare brand, Mes°, which she created alongside biotechnology company Arcaea and scientist Yasmin Ajaganov (Yasmin Åganović). The debut line includes three products: a repairing mask, a restyling serum, and a volume spray. According to the actress, her interest in haircare stemmed from years of filming, where her hair was regularly subjected to coloring, styling, and heat exposure, and creating her own brand became her way to offer effortless haircare solutions.
