Amid the ongoing full-scale war, supply chains have become significantly more complex, and the cost of essential equipment, fuel, and other key resources is constantly rising. Company representatives note that ensuring stable coverage and uninterrupted communication requires colossal investments that cannot be covered by old tariffs.

Kyivstar places special emphasis on systematic investments in the network's energy resilience. The operator is actively strengthening backup power systems for base stations and switching nodes so that subscribers can stay connected even during potential large-scale power outages. It is worth noting that the company's infrastructure has repeatedly faced hostile attacks; for instance, in September 2026, strikes affected the headquarters in Kyiv, a facility housing equipment in the Kyiv region, and the engineering team's office. Despite the damage, the operator's technical specialists promptly eliminate the consequences while maintaining network functionality.
