Kim Kardashian has become a new client of Lou Rouch — an American stylist who has been shaping Zendaya's public image for many years. Their first joint public appearance was the look for the opening of the Lucas Museum of Narrative Art in Los Angeles, where the 45-year-old star appeared in an archive Saint Laurent dress from the Fall/Winter 2004 collection, created by Tom Ford. Rouch himself confirmed the start of the collaboration on X, posting a brief message about working with Kardashian.

The outfit chosen for the museum evening was a long black dress with an exquisite gold floral pattern, a stand-up collar and a small cutout at the chest, as well as a high slit on one leg. This is an archive model that, almost two decades later, found itself in the spotlight thanks to a new interpretation in Kardashian's wardrobe. The look was completed with Oscar Heyman earrings and a Zydo ring, which added extra jewelry accent to the silhouette without overdoing it.
Who Is Lou Rouch
Rouch, known in the industry as the "architect of image," gained the most recognition thanks to his long-term collaboration with Zendaya, whom he has worked with since her teenage years. Among his recent looks for the actress — a sheer Prada dress at the Emmy Awards, a Tamara Ralph look at the London premiere of "Spider-Man," and a sculptural Schiaparelli dress at the "Odyssey" premiere. From the Runway to Reality TV and a Book
In addition to working with stars, Rouch served as a judge on the fashion reality show Legendary, and also took part in Project Runway and RuPaul's Drag Race. In 2024, he released the book How To Build A Fashion Icon, dedicated to image creation and the mechanics of working in the fashion industry. In the fall, news emerged of a new professional direction: ASOS announced him as the brand's first resident stylist, in which capacity he will work on styling seasonal campaigns, fashion content and creative projects.

Kardashian's partner — 41-year-old Formula 1 driver Lewis Hamilton — was also present at the opening of the Lucas Museum of Narrative Art. He too chose a Saint Laurent look, but this time by the brand's current creative director Anthony Vaccarello. Thus, both outfits of the evening fell within the same fashion house, but from different eras: the archive Tom Ford for Kardashian and Vaccarello's current collection for Hamilton.
