The ex-wife of TV presenter Volodymyr Ostapchuk, notary Kristina Hornyak, has publicly confirmed that she will be one of the contestants in the new 15th season of the romantic reality show 'The Bachelor'. In an interview published by the Styler project with reference to the 'Tour Zirkamy' program, she did not reveal all the details of her participation, but noted that the decision has personal significance for her and can become a support for other women. Hornyak did not give a direct answer to the host's question about whether she found love after returning from filming, but she confirmed the accuracy of the information about her appearance on the project.

Personal Significance of the Decision

Kristina promised to tell what exactly prompted her to agree to participate in the show after the premiere. For now, she only hinted that she wants to convey an opinion that is important to her: according to her, her experience can help other women not lose faith in love even after difficult life circumstances. Thus, Hornyak positions participation in the project not as entertainment, but as a way to share her own view on relationships and personal experiences.

Attitude Toward Rivalry

Separately, the notary spoke about the competition between the contestants of the romantic show, which is traditionally one of the key elements of the format. According to her, this aspect of the project does not scare her: she believes that true feelings do not depend on the number of rivals. In Hornyak's opinion, if two people are destined to be together, the presence of other women will not become an obstacle to their relationship.

Family Reaction

The decision to try her hand at a romantic reality show caused mixed emotions in the family. The parents supported their daughter, but admitted that the news made them quite worried: they were afraid that participation in the show could end in painful disappointment for Kristina. With humor, the notary's mother also recalled the physical difference between her daughter and the main character of the season. Seeing the height of 'The Bachelor', she suggested that Kristina might be one of the first to leave the project. 'I cannot say that we were happy. We were worried. I do not want her to be in some kind of despair. She is so small, thin. I looked at the Bachelor — 2.15 meters tall — and I think: "God, she will be the first to fly out"', Kristina's mother confessed.

Premiere and Broadcasting Format

The premiere of the 15th season of 'The Bachelor' will take place on Friday, October 16, 2026, at 19:00 on STB channel. The main character of the project this season is Ukrainian basketball player and former NBA player Vyacheslav Kravtsov, whose height, as Hornyak's mother noted, is 2.15 meters. Kravtsov himself explained that he has not been in a relationship for three years and came to the project to find a woman with whom he can build a common future. For viewers who prefer the online format, the first episode will be available on Netflix in Ukraine at 20:30 on the same day — an hour and a half after the television premiere. According to the organizers, this schedule will continue in the future: subsequent episodes will appear on the platform on the day of the show on STB, but with a time delay.
