The updated version of the legendary show 'Factory of Stars' on the SWEET.TV platform has received a new music producer. This position has been taken by Mikhail Khonyakin, known in the industry under the pseudonym M1SHKA. His main task is to help participants create modern hits and form a unique style capable of competing on a global level.
A bold step towards new names
The head of SWEET.TV Originals and Big Entertainment Shows, Vladimir Zavaduk, said that the choice of the producer's candidate was not easy. The team considered specialists with different experience and vision, but ultimately settled on M1SHKA.
«Our choice fell on Misha, because we strive to give the opportunity to develop new names that already represent us on the international arena today. For us, this is a bold and in a certain sense risky step, but at the same time a very fresh breath for the project», — noted Zavaduk.
International background and work with stars
Mikhail Khonyakin is not a newcomer to the music industry. His portfolio includes work with both Ukrainian artists and world stars. Among the producer's clients are Snoop Dogg, Bad Bunny, Tyna Karol, and MONATIK. He also participated in the creation of the album MOTOMAMI by Spanish singer Rosalía, which won prestigious Grammy and Latin Grammy awards.
According to Khonyakin himself, in the project he will look for not only strong vocals but also artistic individuality. «Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine, many new, original, and incredibly talented artists have appeared. My goal in the project is to help them reveal themselves to the maximum and win their deserved place in the show business», — emphasized the producer.
Team and show format
Ukrainian authors and hitmakers will also join M1SHKA's team — negotiations with them are ongoing. The updated 'Factory of Stars' is positioned as a modern music academy for future self-made artists. Participants will work with vocal coaches, choreographers, stylists, actors, and sports trainers.
Special attention will be paid to creating a modern sound that can compete not only in Ukraine but also on the international music market.
Project launch
The first episode, dedicated to the casting for the project, will be released on September 4 exclusively on the SWEET.TV platform. This event will mark the start of a new stage in the history of one of the most famous music shows in Ukraine.
