Famous Ukrainian singer Dmytro Monatik (MONATIK) became the star guest of the third prime of the large-scale music project "Star Factory", during which young talents performed his compositions. This format became an important event both for the show's participants and for the author himself, whose songs have accompanied the upbringing of an entire generation for many years. On the eve of the TV broadcast, the artist invited novice performers to his own recording studio Love And Rhythm Production, where they worked together on creating a large-scale musical mashup.

Background and Creative Meeting in the Studio

During their first personal meeting, the project participants shared their memories, admitting that they grew up listening to MONATIK's music, and his legendary concert at NSC "Olympiyskiy" or the conceptual musical "Rhythm" left an indelible mark on their lives. According to the musician, realizing that a new generation of Ukrainian artists is forming on his work brings the deepest and most inspiring emotions. An atmosphere of sincerity reigned in the studio: the artists selected compositions for individual voice timbres, communicated, and made sure that young talents on television and in real life remain absolutely sincere, without any feigned or fake images.

Artistic Handwriting and the Importance of Collaborations

Reflecting on the participants' development, MONATIK emphasized the importance of having one's own artistic handwriting, which every artist must build independently. At the same time, the television show, in his opinion, plays the role of a unique creative stretching, allowing participants to overcome internal barriers and reveal their potential to a multi-million audience. The musician also noted that he sincerely loves collaborations and was glad to see other famous performers on the project who supported the participants with joint performances in duets, uniting different generations of the Ukrainian stage into a single cultural space.

The Reality of Creating Music During War

A separate topic of the interview was the difficult realities of work for Ukrainian cultural figures in the conditions of full-scale war. MONATIK confessed that creating bright and morale-boosting projects requires colossal mental strength, especially when returning home from filming is accompanied by missile strikes on the capital and the need to hide in a shelter with his family. Despite constant threats and extremely difficult trials, the artist considers it fundamentally important to continue creating, give people positive emotions, and support the cultural front of Ukraine, providing young talents with the opportunity to be heard thanks to such initiatives.

Controversial Data

In the public space and materials of specialized publications, discussions sometimes arise regarding whether television talent factories in modern realities can fully replace academic music education or an independent start for artists. On the one hand, skeptics point to the tight deadlines of the project and rigid television frameworks, which can form short-term popularity among performers. On the other hand, supporters of such formats, including MONATIK himself and organizers from SWEET.TV and Styler, emphasize that in wartime conditions, such platforms serve as a rare and powerful social elevator, providing invaluable practical experience of working in the studio and on a big stage, which outweighs any theoretical risks.
