According to available information, the Ukrainian damaged his ankle in one of Spurs' training sessions, which means he will already be unable to take part in the fourth Premier League match against Everton, scheduled for September 12. Thus, immediately after his debut appearance on the pitch, the player found himself back in the infirmary.

Initially, it was reported that Mudryk could return to training after the international break. However, insider Fabrizio Romano gave a significantly less optimistic forecast: according to his information, the Ukrainian could be out of action for six to eight weeks. The severity of the injury is indirectly corroborated by a post from the Hotspur Lane account, which published a photo of the player wearing special orthopedic footwear on his foot.
