Ukrainians participating in the state "National Cashback" program will receive important clarifications regarding payment schedules and the use of funds. It has been officially confirmed: funds accumulated in April will not expire on July 1st, but will be credited to citizens' cards starting July 3rd.

Payment Schedule and Deadlines

Funds received under the program before June 30th will be available for use throughout July. It is critically important to spend the accumulated cashback and funds from the "Winter 1000" program by July 31st inclusive. If not used in time, the remaining balance will return to the state budget.

Along with the April payments, Ukrainians will also receive cashback on fuel. As for the funds for May and June, their payment will take place later. However, these funds can be used until the end of the month in which martial law is suspended or lifted, but no later than April 30, 2028.

Program Essence and Opportunities

"National Cashback" is an initiative that allows citizens to get back from 5% to 15% of the cost of purchases of goods of Ukrainian production. The program stimulates the domestic market and supports local manufacturers.

The received funds have a wide range of applications. Citizens can direct them towards:

  • paying utility bills;
  • buying food products and medicines of Ukrainian production;
  • acquiring books;
  • postal services;
  • donations to the Defense Forces of Ukraine.
