The night of June 3 to 4 became a time of massive explosions and air defense operations for occupied Crimea. According to local residents and independent sources, strikes hit key points on the peninsula: Sevastopol, Simferopol, and the airfields adjacent to them.
Scale of the attack and reaction of the occupation authorities
According to information provided by RBK-Ukraine, citing the Telegram channel "Crimean Wind" and the OSINT channel ATESH, explosions were recorded in several locations simultaneously. In particular, an attack on the Saki airfield was confirmed.
The so-called "Governor of Sevastopol" Mikhail Razvozhayev officially confirmed the fact of a drone attack. In his statement, he claimed that air defense systems allegedly intercepted and shot down seven aircraft. At the same time, the occupation authorities provided no information about possible consequences of the strikes, material damage, or casualties.
Escalation of logistical problems
Parallel to the military actions in the region, a serious failure in the civilian sector is being recorded. Yesterday, a sudden collapse of the payment system occurred in Crimea: local residents are mass complaining about the inability to conduct cashless transactions.
The situation is exacerbated by the tightening of control over fuel resources. The occupation administration has introduced strict restrictions on the sale of gasoline. AI-95 fuel is now issued primarily to public transport exclusively by coupons. For private cars using AI-92 gasoline, a limit has been set — no more than 20 liters per vehicle.
Firing control of highways
The Ukrainian Navy officially warned that Ukrainian drones have taken the main highways of the peninsula under fire control. According to the Ukrainian Navy, the actions of the drones led to the blockade of enemy logistics on the so-called "land corridor," which significantly hinders the movement of equipment and cargo in the region.
