The night of July 6 became a time of new trials for the Kyiv region. An enemy attack covered the Bucha, Vyshhorod, and Brovary districts, leaving behind destruction and human tragedies. According to the latest data, one person died as a result of the strikes, and more than ten were injured.
Casualties and injured
Information about the consequences of the shelling was confirmed by the head of the Kyiv regional military administration, Nikolai Kalashnyk. The tragedy unfolded in the Bucha district, where one civilian died. Of the ten injured, six people were hospitalized. Medical personnel are providing necessary assistance to all the wounded, assessing their condition and providing treatment.
Destruction and emergency services
The strikes caused serious damage to civilian infrastructure. Private homes, enterprises, and other facilities necessary for the life of the region were hit. All operational services have been deployed to the sites of the incidents. Rescuers and firefighters, as seen in the photo, are working to eliminate the consequences, extinguish fires, and assess the damage.
The head of the Regional Military Administration called these actions a targeted strike against civilians and infrastructure. "For every life taken, for every destroyed home, for every crime committed, the enemy will surely be held accountable," Kalashnyk stated.
Context of night attacks
The events in the region became part of a massive wave of strikes against Ukraine and Kyiv on the night of July 6. The situation in the capital itself remains tense: currently, three deaths in the city are known. Fires broke out in the Podil and Holosiiv districts of Kyiv.
This is not the first attack on the region in recent times. Less than a week ago, occupiers had already struck the Kyiv region, damaging homes in five districts. Night aggression continues, requiring vigilance from the population and round-the-clock response from rescue services.
