On the night of May 31, Odesa was once again targeted. An enemy drone struck a nine-story residential building. As a result of the impact, a fire broke out, engulfing the first and second floors of the building.

Rescuers and all relevant services are working at the scene. Operational teams are engaged in extinguishing the fire and assessing the damage. This was reported by the head of the Odesa Civil Protection, Serhiy Lysak, with the information confirmed by RBC-Ukraine.

Systematic attacks and enemy tactics

The attack on Odesa is not an isolated incident. Russia regularly strikes Ukrainian cities. Experts note that before each shelling, the occupiers conduct thorough reconnaissance, gathering a massive amount of data to plot precise routes for drones and missiles. This process was previously described in detail in RBC-Ukraine materials with the involvement of military specialists.

Situation in other regions

Strikes on civilian objects are also being recorded in other regions. For instance, the night before last, Zaporizhzhia came under fire. There, residential buildings were also damaged, and two people were injured. The situation in the country remains tense, and the population is forced to be ready for air raid alerts at any time of day or night.
