On July 17, additional sessions of the National Multidisciplinary Test (NMT) began in Ukraine. The examination process is organized for applicants who, for valid reasons, were unable to participate in the main wave of testing or encountered circumstances beyond their control during the exam.
Official information regarding the launch of these sessions was confirmed by the Ukrainian Center for Evaluation of Education Quality (UCEEQ). The agency emphasized that participation in additional exams is available only to registered applicants.
Logistics and Exam Access
It is critically important for applicants to carefully review the information in their personal accounts. This includes the exact date, time, and address of the testing center. The UCEEQ strongly recommends planning the route in advance, as being late results in disqualification from the testing.
It is important to adhere to the schedule for entering the examination rooms:
- Admission begins 30 minutes before the start of the exam.
- Entry into the rooms closes 5 minutes before the start of testing.
Applicants must print their invitation and bring it with them. Additionally, for security reasons, the center urges applicants not to publish the addresses of temporary testing centers on social media or other open sources.
What is Allowed and Prohibited to Bring
The list of permitted items is strictly regulated. Participants are advised to have a pen, a bottle of water, and a light snack with them. Scratch paper will be provided directly in the examination room.
At the same time, it is strictly prohibited to have the following items during the exam:
- Mobile phones and other electronic devices;
- Printed or handwritten materials;
- Any items not provided for by the NMT procedure.
Safety Rules and Air Raids
Given the current situation, a special recommendation has been made for participants taking the test in Ukraine: bring warm clothing. This is necessary in case of a long wait in a shelter during an air raid alert.
The UCEEQ confirmed that the rules for conducting the NMT during air raids have not changed. If an air raid is announced during the exam, testing is suspended, and all participants are organizedly moved to a shelter. If the work could not be completed due to a prolonged alert, the applicant has the right to apply to participate in an additional session.
An instruction session is held before the start of the exam. In the event of technical problems with the computer during the work, it is necessary to immediately notify the instructor.
Test Results
Upon completion of the work, participants must hand in their scratch paper and sign the room protocol. Preliminary scores will be displayed on the computer screen immediately after the completion of both stages of the NMT. Official results on a scale from 100 to 200 points will be published in personal accounts by July 29.
