The series “Off Campus” from Amazon Prime Video has already been renewed for a second season even before the premiere of the first. Viewers captivated by the atmosphere of university intrigues and romantic dramas will see the development of key plotlines — especially the relationship between Dean and Ellie, which will become the center of the new story.

The creators of the project have confirmed: although the romantic map will change, the main characters of the first season will remain part of the universe. Frames appeared in the series’ Instagram account where the main actors are shown together — a hint that their characters will continue their journey.

Mica Abdalla (Ellie Hayes) and Stephen Kellin (Dean Di Laurentis) will once again be the focus of attention. Their story, full of tension, misunderstandings, and hidden feelings, will continue to develop. Ella Bright (Hannah Wells) and Belmont Cameli (Garrett Graham) will also return. Showrunner Lori Levy emphasized that they remain an important part of the heroes’ community.

“One couple made a deal. The next keeps score. From Garrett and Hannah to Dean and Ellie — the love story of ‘Off Campus’ continues in Season 2,” the creators wrote under an impactful promo.

However, not everyone will return. Josh Houston, who played musician Justin Cole — Hannah’s romantic interest in the first season — is leaving the project. According to El Kennedy’s books, Justin was supposed to develop a storyline with a girl named Stella, but this arc will not be explored in the second season. The actor’s return in the future is not ruled out, but for now, his character exits the game.

Instead, new faces will appear in the universe. Philippa Soo will play Scarlett — a theatrical director whose energy and charisma could turn many things upside down. India Fowler will become Grace Ivers — the future love interest of John Logan (Antonio Cipriano). These characters will bring fresh blood and new conflicts.

The first season premiered on May 13, 2026, and immediately became a hit: within 12 days, it was watched by 36 million viewers. It ranked third in Prime Video’s ratings, especially popular among women aged 18–34. The series is based on El Kennedy’s bestsellers — “The Deal,” “The Mistake,” “The Score,” “The Goal,” and “The Legacy.”

“Off Campus” is not just a story about love. It’s about choices, consequences, friendship, and finding oneself in a world where every step can change everything. The second season promises to be even more passionate, dramatic, and unpredictable.
