Ukrainian singer and TV host Olya Tsibulska shared a rare archival photo with her followers, taking viewers back to the early 2000s. The celebrity posted a picture from her graduation evening, taken back in 2003, where she is pictured with her parents.
Early 2000s Style
In the frame, the future star appears in an image typical of graduates of that time. For the celebration, she chose a light evening dress with thin straps and a concise neckline. The look was complemented by a delicate necklace and expressive makeup with an emphasis on the eyes and clearly defined eyebrows.
Special attention is drawn to the artist's hairstyle: a high updo with curly strands framing the face, which was one of the main trends of the early 21st century. In her hands, the graduate holds a large bouquet of roses, wrapped in shiny packaging with ribbons — a popular element of those years.
Family Portrait
Next to young Olya in the photo are her parents. For the important event, her father chose a black shirt with a geometric print and light trousers. Her mother appeared in an elegant olive-colored suit consisting of a jacket and a long skirt with decoration.
The photograph conveys the atmosphere of graduations in the early 2000s: the photo features characteristic decoration with decorative sparkles in the corners and the inscription 'Graduation 2003', which was fashionable among schoolchildren of that time.
Recognition of the Value of Moments
In the post, the singer confessed that this frame has special significance for her. She wrote a touching text dedicated to those who were by her side on that day:
"This is my graduation. 2003. In this photo, there is a girl who dreams of singing. There is a mother who believes more than I do myself. There is a father who stands by as if we have eternity ahead of us".
According to Tsibulska, not all youthful plans were realized, but life gave her much more than she could have imagined. "Of everything I planned back then, life fulfilled far from everything. But it gave significantly more," the artist noted.
Most of all, the singer was struck by the realization of the value of such moments after years. "And you know, what strikes me most now? Not how I looked. But that we didn't know the main thing: one day this photo would become priceless. Because one day you will give everything to hug those who are next to you in it again," the celebrity shared.
