On July 7, Ukraine is expected to experience variable cloudiness. Rain and thunderstorms will affect only some regions, reports RBC-Ukraine citing the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center.
Weather by region
On Tuesday, variable cloudiness is expected across the country. Winds will be predominantly from the southwest, with speeds of 7–12 meters per second.
At night, air temperatures ranged from 11 to 16 degrees. It was warmer in the south of the country and in Zakarpattia — up to 19 degrees.
During the day, thermometer readings will rise to 24–29 degrees. It will be cooler in the western and northern regions — temperatures there are expected to be 18–24 degrees.
Forecast for Kyiv and the region
Separately, meteorologists provided a forecast for Kyiv and the Kyiv region. Cloud cover will be variable, with no precipitation expected at night.
Nighttime temperatures in the region will be 11–16 degrees, and daytime temperatures 19–24 degrees. In Kyiv, it will be slightly warmer: 14–16 degrees at night and 22–24 degrees during the day.
Air quality after the attack
On the morning of July 6, air quality in Vyshneve, Kyiv region, deteriorated sharply following a nighttime Russian attack — pollution levels reached “harmful” status.
Throughout the day, conditions gradually improved thanks to rain, which washed harmful pollutants from the atmosphere. However, meteorologists have not yet identified the exact cause of the smoke.
Weekly forecast
Meteorologists warn that heat in Ukraine is gradually receding. It will be replaced by variable cloudiness and summer rains — at least until the end of the week.
According to the weekly forecast, precipitation on different days will cover western and central regions, as well as nearly all areas of the country.
