Users of the 'Rezerv+' mobile application now have the opportunity to update their personal data regarding disability. The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine has confirmed that the services allowing users to verify relevant information through state systems are once again operating in normal mode.
The temporary suspension of this functionality was caused by technical failures. As explained by the department, the cause was incorrect responses from social sphere registries, which created a risk of errors when processing citizens' applications. Now the problem has been resolved, and the system is ready to accept data again.
Access to data for TCC operators
The restoration of the service affects not only the application users themselves. Operators of territorial recruitment and mobilization centers (TCC) and collection and search points (SP) also have the opportunity to verify current data on the disability of military personnel. This is critically important for correct accounting and preventing errors in mobilization records.
Important reminders for citizens
The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine has updated information on citizens' rights under current conditions. In particular, the department reminded that a deferment from mobilization is a right to temporary exemption from conscription, which is granted based on personal life circumstances. The grounds for obtaining a deferment are clearly set out in Article 23 of the Law 'On Mobilization Preparation and Mobilization'.
However, it is worth noting an important nuance: in many cases, the right to deferment ceases automatically when data is updated in state registries. This is why timely entry of information into 'Rezerv+' becomes a key factor in maintaining status.
The Ministry of Defense paid special attention to young people. Until August 1, 17-year-old Ukrainians have the opportunity to undergo mandatory registration for military service in electronic form. After this date, the procedure will only be possible upon personal application to the TCC.
