The Ministry of Defence of Ukraine has clarified the operating schedule of the "Rezerv+" mobile application. The official resource of the department confirmed that the service will function in normal mode, however, users should be prepared for short-term maintenance work, which will be carried out every night.
Schedule of maintenance work
According to updated information, system maintenance will last from one to two hours. The Ministry of Defence has intentionally moved these works to nighttime to minimize inconvenience for users during the day. Previously, the department reported possible unavailability of the service between July 18 and 22, but now the focus is on regular night procedures.
Instructions for military personnel
In conditions of temporary unavailability of the application during night hours, the Ministry of Defence has formulated clear recommendations for citizens whose activities may require crossing the border or moving during curfew hours.
Special attention should be paid to military personnel who have a deferment from conscription or a protection order (bron). For them, it is critically important to have confirmation of their status in paper or digital format, independent of online access.
How to download the PDF version of the document
To avoid problems during document checks, users are recommended to save a copy of their military record document in PDF format in advance. The procedure is performed in a few steps directly in the application:
- Open the main menu of the "Rezerv+" application.
- Click on the button with the "+" symbol.
- Select the "Download PDF" option.
The saved file will become a reliable backup, allowing you to confirm your military status even in case of technical failures or lack of internet connection at night.
