Chronology of Shelling

Earlier, on October 29, Russian forces struck Dnipro, after which electricity disappeared in the city, causing a large-scale blackout. Separately, on October 1, according to DTEK, a strike was carried out on the administrative building of the DTEK Pavlohradvuhillia coal enterprise in Pavlohrad, where one worker sustained shrapnel wounds and SES rescuers localized the resulting fire. Thus, the strikes on the company's infrastructure are systemic in nature and have been ongoing for several weeks.
