The Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) has intensified its actions as part of a large-scale operation aimed at destabilizing the rear areas of Russian occupiers. Over the past week, Ukrainian fighters have conducted a series of successful raids that have dealt a significant blow to the enemy's military logistics and infrastructure.

The operation, which President Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced on June 26, is scheduled to last 40 days. Its goal is to create conditions that will compel Russia to end the war. The SBU has confirmed that all strikes carried out since the start of the campaign are part of a single strategic plan.

Disruption of Logistics Chains in the South

During the comprehensive operations over the last week, SBU operators focused on destroying critical supply objects. Ammunition depots, fuel and lubricants (FLO) storage, and material-technical support facilities were targeted.

Particular attention was paid to the Zaporizhzhia and Kherson regions. In several settlements in Zaporizhzhia, ammunition depots and military equipment storage bases were destroyed. According to the SBU press service, these actions have significantly disrupted the supply system to the front line, creating a resource deficit for Russian units.

In addition to material damage, the enemy suffered casualties among its personnel. Military personnel from unmanned systems units and rear support units, who were ensuring the operation of the damaged facilities, were killed or wounded.

Strikes Against Aviation in Crimea

A key event of the operation was the strike against military aviation in occupied Crimea. On the night of July 1, SBU drones attacked the Saki airfield. Ukrainian operators recorded five direct hits on hangars where aviation equipment was stored.

Preliminary data indicates that Su-30 and Su-30SM fighters were located in two hangars at the time of the strike. The attack demonstrated the SBU's ability to strike high-value targets deep within enemy territory.

The escalation continued on July 3. SBU drones struck the Saki airfield for the second time in a week and also targeted the hangars of the Hvardiiske airfield. As a result of these attacks, at least seven aircraft were destroyed or damaged. Repeated strikes on the same target indicate a systematic approach to neutralizing the occupiers' air group.

The combination of these actions — from the destruction of depots in the frontline zone to the elimination of fighters in Crimea — confirms the effectiveness of the SBU's current strategy. Disruption of logistics and the loss of aviation equipment threaten the combat readiness of Russian troops on certain sections of the front.
